My name/middle name is Andrew Lane.

My Wife's is Deanna Suzanne.

My Brother's Name is Michael David

We named our first little girl Delaney Michelle (you can, of course see the cheesy rationale behind the first name choice). Also note that we are both Buffet fans, and his little girl was named Delaney...so it made sense. "Michelle" was for Michael (my bro).

Now we have to pick a name for the next little girl, due next year. We want the name to have SOME significance, whether it be along the lines of that above, or just etymological significance.

So......I am soliciting your help to choose a first/middle combo.

"IF" someone comes up with a name that we (read "my wife") chooses, there will be free cigars;

Two Name Combo Picked: 10 premiums

One Name (first or middle) chosen: 5 premiums

Couple of questions that might add info for selection:

Wife's Maiden Name?

Grandparent's names?

Part of the country you're from?

That is if you want to post the information. My fiance' and I are in the process of baby name determination and I've found that these items have contributed.

Ashley Lane - Ashley (From the ash grove)

"From the road in the woods" - (usually the "road less traveled...")

(Well, that, and it's my daughters name... But it is a great girls name! AND - I have yet to meet an Ashley I didn't like!)

Congrats!

The name thing was stressful when my little girl was born in July.

We settled in on Alexandra Jean (Jean being my mom's name).

Just don't choose Penny Lane 🙂

Congrats! My wife and I are trying to come up with a name for our daughter...due to arrive in early December! Currently, we have about 8 names that we both like and need to work it down to a final selection! The good news is that we already have a nickname for her...upon first seeing her in the an ultrasound early on, we both agreed that she looked like an amoeba...and thus Moeba has kind of stuck!
