This may be off topic because it's about a cigar, but the initials SD can also mean sexual deviate or sado/masochist as well as Santa Damiana, and, let's face it, 'torbusto' is a word you wouldn't say in your mother's presence.

But seriously, folk, the Santa Damiana H2K torbusto I had last nite was tasty, on the mild side of medium strength, with no harshness. Hefty, good looking cigar. The Egg might look like this after a few months on Atkins and a week in Waikiki.

It was hard to enjoy because of a tight draw and burn problems. I do believe it was too wet, which is my fault. A couple weeks in the desert might make it a pretty good smoke. Anyone else try one of these?

IMO the Damiani H2K isn't anything special I prefer the Cupido Campana H2K about the same price!

I got some of these when they ran the blow-out special. I like 'em, seems like they've steadily improved with time. The rothschild is the best of this line-a much smoother burn.

Cruiser, unless they make more than one, the Cupido Campana is a Criollo wrapper. But I agree it is an excellent smoke and I like it better than the SD too. I got a box of them and have to get another soon because my brother keeps smokin em.

SD is also the initials for the security department headed up by Reinhard Heydrich in Germany during WWII.

the torbusto in question is indeed a good smoke. I had no problems at all. Draw was effortless, burned even, mild/medium on body but had a bit of spice to add some complexity. Overall quite good for an afternoon sitting in a river (which I was doing while camping with the family).

How did you keep it lit "sitting in a river"? LOL!

The river in question was quite shallow at the point where I was. About knee deep in the middle. Perfect to put my lawnchair and sit down with a smoke and a frosty one to watch the kids splash on the riverbanks and chase the small trout.
