The sport is NFL - it is a midseason pool. You get to pick one team per week that you think will win. Once you pick that team you can not pick them again. If your team loses you are out of the pool. When everyone goes out but one person it is over. We had one at work last year that everyone was eliminated the 3rd week. If more than one person is the last one out the winnings will be divided between them.
