I went nuts buying cigars during the past two weeks, including doing an ISOM box split of R&J Petite Coronas with the awesome Hoss. These are currently being sent to me. The catch is, Hoss informed me that he just smoked one and suggests that these should be aged to allow the infamous "sick period" to pass.

I have never had an ISOM. In fact, I was planning to take two with me on a trip to meet my wife's grandfather for the first time over Thanksgiving. He's a cigar smoker.

So here's what I was hoping: Would someone consider trading me two properly aged ISOMS for four of my new ones? I would be much obliged. If not, I understand. But, being rather desperate, I thought I'd throw it out there.

Wish I knew more about ISOMS.
Any experts have advice on what a good choice would be? I want to have a good experience with the old-timer I'm about to meet. It's kind of a big deal.

In my opinion you can have a premium smoke from any where they make cigars. ISOM are great, but don't get wrapped around the axle about them, a great cigar is a great cigar no matter where it comes from. Part of the lure of the ISOM smokes is that they are "illegal". People want what they can't have.
