I have a customer in the Netherlands, where the government places price controls on Cuban cigars and they are very inexpensive, the Romeo's I mentioned cost me $130 a box. Anyway my customer works for a company that has employees come to this country frequently and when they do they bring over a box of Cubans since it is legal for foreigners to bring one box to this country, and from here mails it to me, it has worked real slick, especially since he use to just mail them to me direct from the Netherlands and customs confiscated a box. So if you know anyone in the Netherlands or Spain, these are probably the best countries to get Cubans from.
