I do not know what I have done to deserve this, but thank you. The letter says I needed to be taught a "lesson", and what a lesson it is. I learned that there are some generous, and gracious people in this world that will do anything for a friend. That is what each and every one of you have in me, a friend. Anything you need, I am here for each and every one of you. You have made my week. Thank you all.

Well, Bogey and i were already a bit trigger happy and discussing who should get nailed when you slapped me with the most impressive 10 ct i've seen, knocking off about everything on the high end of my "to try" list. I was speechless. All this for a simple piece of info. I joked with you about owing me a fiver and i thought you were a complete newbie to the cigar world, so when i told you i was joking and you proved determined to hunt my addy down, well, i was expecting a fiver of little poochies when i came home to the crater where my house used to be. That was a very fine pkg you sent and it put you right on the top of my "sick em" list. I don't buy that caliber of smoke and every cigar in that pkg would have been a "special occassion" smoke to me. They are prized possessions now, safely snuggled into the bottom of my humi. So, to make a long story short(er), the target became very obvious that day. It was a matter of unfortunate timing (for you), my friend! I hope you enjoy the smokes. The reign of terror will probably last throughout early next week. Feel free to post a pic once they've all arrived...frankly, i'd like to see how my brothers in arms did!

Thanks again for your unswerving generosity...i know i'm not the only one on the before mentioned list that feels this way.

yeah, he tossed me a couple of those sticks, as well. i ahdn't had any of them, but i actually bid over $40 for a 5er of those EXACT graycliffs--i fell WAY short (i was/am a newB).

so, i figure, i owe him for the trade, and christmas is coming, and everything i read about him is class. in my eyes, the guy is platinum on a board of metals!

now, that all of you are laughing at my metaphor, remember i studied and taught chemistry. i love metals. for comparison, i am possibly a copper (and that is perhaps a generous choice).

i actually sent 1 of each of my cbid purchases since i started (minus the questionable i.e. lower quality guys like tierra del sol, cu-avana, my felipes--dominica and gregorio, and of course, i would not send such a fine brother with such taste my erin go bragh tube). but EVERY other purchase (3er, 5er, 10er), he gets 1 of. for my biggest hit ever.

if he does not like it. i am gonna have to re-think my targets...maybe i can hit as high as silver...stay away from gold and platinum. 😉
