I got a package of seegars today from Greg Maddux.... Bet this is the first time anyone here has been hit by a major league pitcher..... Great selection, too fuente, gurkha, IT, I love maduro R&Js, etc. Funny thing is, even the return address is Wrigley Field' address.... WOW.... too bad the postage was stamped in Ellettsville, IN!!!!!! Now the only hoosier I know crazy enough to try and pull this off is dup.... Was this you? Thank you so much Greg Maddux....

There used to be (and still could be) somewhere you could ship anything and they would get the postmark you wanted. It would take longer, but coming from Chicago would have really messed him up!

I start an 8 day stretch at work tomorrow. First 4 on swing shift, last 5 on 3rd shift. *yawn*

yeah...my swing day is alway's saturday...every other one off.

but i've been working the second half of the week starting on wed. , but i'm going to be swithching to the first half. so i start on sat. or sunday (every other saturday start) work 8 pm to 8 am.

but to get to the first half..i need to work wed thru tues. then i'll be on the first half again for another three months....then i'll be off seven day's to get back on the second half! screwy i know , but it alternates every three months...7 on, 7 off on the turn-around so besides my vacation..i also have two 7 day stretches off a year. this is my second year there so at the first of the year...i'll have 80 hrs vacation time....besides the two 7-day stretches !

That is a messed up schedule, except for the free vacations. I'm just switching shifts and going from a 4/10 schedule to a 5/8. I have to give up my 3 day weekends in order to get the weekends off.

I like having half a weekend off every weekend......and four day's off every other week to boot.

i'm going to try to start selling some stuff through a friend on ebay.

get her to show me what to do.

i have some diecast and some nascar cards and soem other memorabillia i'd like to try to get out of the way. and my wife's been clearing out her TY beanies.
