sorry to bring it up but all caps is considered yelling and before you get yelled at like i did, i thought i would mention it politely.

He sounded pretty excited to me. I think he was yelling. Don't stop in my neighborhood if saying something loud when you are excited offends you. Especially if the Cowboys are playing. My throat is still sore from yelling at those idiots!
