Been having a rough (stressful/sleepless) holiday season mostly due to 2 of my boys who are undergoing revolutionary "autism therapies", so I haven't been very focused nor am I as gushy as I normally would be, but here goes.
These unassuming gentlemen have certainly brightened my life with their friendship & added a bounce to my step thanks to their unselfish AND unacclaimed generosity:
JonR: As I previously- mentioned on another thread, bombed me with two HUGE packets of TastyKakes (is that spelling correct, Pablo? LOL), and some of the most expensive smokes known to man;
8Track: An "out of the blue" intro bomb full a collection of the PERFECT smokes for me- these delicious sticks didn't last long;
John Hays: Dave sent me an attractive array of his distinguished & tasty line;
MACS: A beautiful/very heavy onyx (?) astray/ lighter combination that I'm going to proudly display along with a classy collection of framed (mostly) Habanos' bands that he had sent me earlier;
Pablo: Too many bombs in the last couple of months- the last three included the COMPLETE collection of Ghurka cigars in a Stilton jar, all of the prestigious R&J sticks along with their commemorative ashtray, and lastly, the STUNNING 7-drawer, burl finish Pompeii humidor which is by far the nicest one that I have;
Rambo: Several very thoughtful bombs in the last month that included Habanos and domestic smokes that I've been wanting to try such as the Soprano and Aurora among others. This effervescent friend included his stock "ram" as safeguard for their passage;
Ruggie: Again another bro who is in a similar predicament to mine (children w/autism) but is considerate & determined enough to still bomb me several times in the last month- once at the prodding of the cantankerous, dog- naming winner, MACS (LOL) and the others times because he is simply a good friend. He has enclosed many top- drawer smokes along with Reagan memorabilia, food, and a speedy Gonzales dispenser. Andale, andale, ARRIBA!!! LOL!
In addition, I have also received countless prayers and support which are so important to the success of my boys' treatment.
You will NEVER know what this means to me. Thank you for being there.
I will not forget.
You have my word.
