Mikey--I like 'em. They're short filler, but hand made, and hold up pretty well. They're young, so need some beauty rest, but at $81 for a box of 25, it's hard to go wrong. For me, they're a great way to enjoy Cuban flavor in a daily smoker.

Of course, someone will be along any minute to disparage them, but hey, you know what they say about opinions and bungholes.

I would gladly take some forum ribbing to sit back and enjoy them as a daily. Mark me as jealous.

With age greater than five years, this is a good little cigar. It has a long finish, which decreases the number of puffsr. As a result, it lasts longer and burns cooler. The not complex or subtle flavor is of strong, toasted tobacco with a definite Cuban twang.

Teelio, you might want to try RyJ Cronitas en Cedro for another similalrly inexpensive, yet great smoke

Wheel & Robert--

I'll be in South America a few more weeks before heading home for the holidays. I'm basically stocking up; I brought a good stash of well-aged stuff to smoke while I'm here, and as I move from town to town & country to country, I pretty much just keep an eye out for the best deals. I've passed on a number of nice things that weren't stored properly or were overpriced. I usually have the time to go into the lower-rent parts of town to get better prices.

After I drop this stuff at home, I'm back out in January, this time to Europe. I'll be in & out through June, so I'm taking my time.
