I had to call into Customer Service today to clear up a little over zealous bidding recently. (Maxed out my Card).

Now we all know that C-Bid can be EVIL... FORCING us to bid on the sticks we covit... But for pure evil, they sure have some real Angels working for them.

I have had to deal with them a couple of times because of my "Disease" (too many bids, over bids etc) causing me to run up quite a tab... But ALL of them are ALWAYS courtious, understanding, and just down right NICE!

Trish today was so VERY nice and helpful (even commented on some of my acqusitions). It was just a pleasure dealing with her.

How often can you say THAT about Customer Service reps?

(Now if I could only figure out which one Trish is in that Swim Suit photo over in the picture Posts!) 😉

I once recvd a box that had some damaged containers in side which crushed the cigars. Can't remember if it was Trish or not, but they were very helpful and fast in getting the matter resolved. After the damaged goods were verified, replacement was on its way and in my ashtray within a matter of days. Kudos on the great cust service!

Trish is as good as it is possible to be in a job like hers ... I've had several contacts with her and have come away from each one recognizing that in a world where customers are not too well treated, a CB/CI customer who's lucky enough to reach her will be treated like solid gold. Keith, you're lucky to have this gal on staff ... take good care of her, won't you?
