Enjoyed these while grilling a sirloin tip roast on Saturday. I used the cigar as a timer. When the cigar was done (almost 2 hours later), the meat was done. Actually, the roast should have been taken off about 15 minutes early, as it came out more medium well, but it was all good.

The beer is decent... it's a shorter bottle, little fatter at the bottom

Thats the way to do it, kickin back and enjoying a great smoke for all it's worth, not to mention the drink and steak.....doesnt get much better than that!!

Two of my favorites: Negra Modelo and sirloin tip roast. The Opus not so much; I know that most people love them. Must be me.

I'm not an opus ho. It was just sitting at the top of the humi, and I knew I would be spending almost 2 hours at the grill...might as well enjoy it. The cigar was good.
