Dang Xikar. 🤦 I tried to take as little off the top as possible...not sure if that was the problem. 🤔

At the risk of sounding ridicuously stoopid... Have you tried a "V" cutter? I bought the Xikar "V" cutter and absolutely love it; I won't go back to the guillotine cutter. Rarely do I experience any shreddage.
