Speaking of fingers, unless it's a wierd camera angle, it looks like the hand (yours?) holding "the finger" was involved in a nasty accident. 🤔

Had a similar blood flow issue with a good portion of my left thumb… although mine was instigated by ignoring safety procedures while operating a table saw.
