I'd say most of the 5V are good daily's for the price...
Pinar Del Rio. Any of them below the Seleccion Reserva Limitado are easy on the wallet and great cigars. Cuba Libre One is also an inexpensive great smoke.

Don't smoke my Cuba Libre Ones... Terrible suggestion... Terrible cigar... [sarcasm]
Smoke the 5V's... Plenty of those to go around...
Flor de Oliva - Robusto
Both can be had for around $1.50-$1.75
GH 2002 - Robusto

This is what I was gonna say. I love my Fuente's, Viaje's, Tats and such but buy a couple bundles of those, take the cello off and put them away for a while and you will be surprised how tasty they are. You get an off one or two a bundle but they can be had for around 32 bucks when on FF so no big deal. They are what I light up when riding the lawnmower or working in the garage.

By the box, they usually go for around $2 a stick, but can be had for $1 a stick if you're patient and a little lucky.
Gran Habano Vintage '02
La Aurora Corojo
Cusano 59
Don Lino Africa Kuro
A few for starters. If you keep your eyes open you can usually get any of these for around $2 ea. or less. All are excellent value cigars.

Agreed. It truly depends on your budget and your preferences, but there are plenty of quality cigars that can be had on the "cheap". I'm always on the hunt for Hoyo de Monterrey and Romeo y Julieta, on the web or at B&M's, for less than $4 a stick. When I come across a great price, I snag a box.
And I agree with Hoyo, The Gran Habano Vintage and La Aurora Corojo are quality cigars that can be usually had for a very low price.
