Why does freefall not fall? Half the time I want to buy something, the bids wont fall unless I refresh the screen. I try it with Explorer and Chrome and the same thing happens.

Do your tech people not understand that I want to spend money and I cant because the site doesn't work? Is this not an immediate issue for you?

If I had a customer come in and tell me they cant spend money because of a flaw in the way I'm doing business, I obviously make it my top priority to fix. This isn't the first complaint about this. They dont care, but it still pissed me off.
