Santa, as in north pole AK is south of Fairbanks by 11 miles. Due north of me is a small town on the haul road named cold foot. All the way north is Deadhorse at Prudoe bay.

Naw, mostly concerned with moving oil out of the bay. Deadhorse is the start of the pipeline. Now of they could just get natural gas out of there.
