Here's a shot of one of the three keeper trout I caught during the Dog Tags and Outlaw Flags fishing tournament last weekend. The stogie hanging out of my mouth is a CAO Brazilia. The shark was a bonus catch. Lots of fun to haul in on trout tackle.

I want a pic like that- it's pretty awesome. You look a lot taller here than the last picture I saw (where you couldn't touch the ground).

What part of georgia? Or are you somewhere else now? We'll be in Panama City Beach in a few weeks, but are considering a side trip to 6 flags over GA.

I need to check to see when gator season is here. I know I can harvest one gator per season.

Nice, looks like a blast!

Gator, one, means be selective and scout out a great big one, that hide is worth money if skinned properly, other parts as well.

I've lived in Philly all my life except for my 4 years in the Airforce and the thought of eating Gator before I left the city sounded awful.... Then I got stationed in Biloxi, MS. for Tech School and then Homestead AFB Fl (just south of Miami) The first time I had gator was in Mississippi and I was in love. Like any wild game it has to be cooked just right and if it is... wow. I ate it every chance I could after that. I could eat Gator just about every day if I could get it.

There is a place on the side of the road out here that sells gator and fresh seafood. Figure if I freeze the meat, line a lfr with foam, and add an ice pack a few pounds should make it just fine.
