I was going to wait until this weekend to give my 2 week notice but now is a good of time as any.

I've been doing the HOTM for 1 year now.

It is time for me to step down.

The 11 B/SOTL's (Dec 2011 was taken over by NOOBS) that I have named HOTM this past year have all been worthy in my eyes.

Some of you have not agreed with my decisions.Most of you that participate have applauded my choices.

It is never easy naming the target.I've faced my share of backlash from people that felt it was needed.

I've noticed that within the past year there has been an major influx of new members on the forum that seem to be more than willing to take on the HOTM direction.

I hope that the person that steps up to run HOTM will run it with the honesty and integrity that I have these last 12 months.

Chris you really did good bro. It is a pretty thankless position in my eyes as the scrutiny you could face with a "wrong" choice is alot more fervent than an obvious good choice.

Mikey is my nomination.

1 you have more than done what I ever did

2 You pick the target if they do not want to participate so be it

3 You should take no crap for who you pick if they don't want to hit that person so be it any crap thrown at you tell em to either hit the target or not or just GO PISS UP A ROPE

just my thoughts

I would take it back but as you know I have a lot on my plate right now and it don't look to get any better real soon

Chris, You did a stellar job IMHO and this does not come from me because I was HOTM but because it IS a difficult job to choose someone who Everyone agrees should be chosen. I'm absolutely certain you took some grief when you selected me and for that I'm most sorry, thanks a bunch for the time you put in on this Chris..Well Done🍺
