Noticed they are now in cello. Is this the new release? Anyone see a change in profile?

Oh, I see. Thanks guys. You would think they would be fine in the boxes seeing how tight they are in there. But I guess it's always safer to use protection.

Had one this afternoon courtesy of Campage. It's easily one of my top 4 favorites out there right now.

One of my boxes came and about half of them had cracked feet, still smokeable and got some free stuff for it.

Regretfully we had to cello the cigars to ensure they arrive intact - we tried a variety of adjustments, but to no avail a few consumers were still receiving damaged FFPs between the transit from NICA to the US, Wholesale to Retailers, and then sometimes Retailers to Customers via UPS/USPS. It is heartbreaking to receive a box of smokes that you have been waiting for to then open them and find them cracked or chipped. Hated doing it as I love the appearance of box of FFP, plus I like for the cigars to breath, but cello sleeving them was the only foolproof solution.

Given how quickly these sell, I think most FFPs will see less than 4 weeks in their cello cocoons. It doesn't harm them in any way, it is really an appearance issue for me.

However, I STRONGLY encourage consumers to remove the cigars from the cello sleeves for long term storage once they have arrived safe and snug in your personal humidor. Let those pigs breath!!!
