Hey folks. I'm looking to make a batch of venison jerky this weekend and would like to work out a trade for anyone who is willing. What I'm offering is a batch of my cajun spiced venison jerky strips (3lbs of meat prior to dehydrating). I know there were a few people interested before but I cannot find your messages from a while ago. If there is alot of interested I might be able to open this up for two trades, but that's about all I can swing right now. What I am looking for in return is just some decent cigars, nothing crazy over the top rare and not yard gars. I haven't bought in about a year due to the majority of my cigar fund going toward hunting gear and golfing. I know, I know, priorities right? I was doing well until I realized that my humidor was hurting. Since I haven't bought in a while there are alot of good cigars I feel like I haven't tried. My likes are Tatuaje, Illusione, AF, CI Legends Yellow, Camacho, Viaje, LGC, more full bodied stuff really. So, make me an offer if anyone is interested. If you know me on here it'll help your chances as sadly I have been burned on here before, granted that was a while ago. If Chaz is vouching for you guys, you got a deal. Csiegels also sent me a PM but didn't post on here. I might be able to swing three trades, the problem is getting the time to complete 3 batches of jerky in a timely manner given my schedule (currently a resident physician, working 70-80 hrs per week). So here's how I will do it. Dr. Smac posted first, therefore he gets the first batch. Campage you got the second batch. Csiegels gets the third batch. As this trade depends on when I can get the jerky made I will send my end first, that way you can just return fire after your have received your batch. If I can I will make 1-2 batches by the end of this week and have them ready to go by early next week. I can't make any guarantees though, wish I could. So the three of you shoot me PMs with your address and so forth and we'll get this thing going. Thanks for the quick response on this. Also if you want to think up what you think an even trade would be, include that in your PM. I'm a reasonable guy, refer to my original post for what kinda cigars I like. I'm up for trying some new stuff too. Thanks again guys, I'll be in touch with you!

Schusler! I was hoping you would post. I accidentally deleted your our PMs or something from a while ago and I couldn't remember who it was that had contacted me about the last trade. I owe you some of this too brother. Looks like I am making 4 batches. PM me your address. I will get the meat thawing tonight and try to get this process under way. You now get your batch first (sorry fellas but he contacted me months ago). Then the order will proceed as before. You all might need to be patient with me but I'm good for it. Like I said earlier, let me get your jerky to you first before you feel the need to send your end of the trade. Thanks again guys and sorry to back track after my previous post on the order but I gotta make good with Schusler first.

I've got the first batch made, it's a purdy good one and I have high standards. I have caught a small snag in that my jerky gun is malfunctioning. It took me almost an hour to fix the batch last night but I still got'er done. Daggon Gander Mountain won't let me down, it's got a lifetime warranty so I can get it replaced no problem.

Kipp! You daggum Texan! I got no other comeback for you...

I'll try to get the first batch shipped tomorrow or Saturday if at all possible. Thanks again for all who have responded!
