Since it was served up on a "Cigar Safari" and it mentions Liga Privada and preproduction I would guess that it's a "Ratzilla".... the only one that's a 46 ring gage although it's 158mm and that's a little more than 6" vs the 5 5/8 thats on the band....

Maybe it's not out yet, if thats not it....
