Been doing for years and wish I had all the cigars back I had when I learned to do this.

folks, if you do not retrohale, you do not really enjoy all the taste and flavors of any cigars.

After 3 years I just started about 2 weeks ago. As tonk said, I too wish I could have a few of those sticks that I'm never gonna see again.

Will do a few times throughout a smoke. Although recently smoked a LFD Double Ligero Toro and the retrohale burned making my eyes water like a just ate a bunch of wasabi. Stick was delicious though and the retrohale was still tasty just burned like a mother!!

Maybe because I am a past cig. smoker I just did it, idk.

I just never knew there was a name for it 🤦 And it does take every cigar to a new level, me thinks.

But also be for warned for those that have never done it, some smokes will burn the hell out of your nose!

I seem to get a whole lot more nicotine kick as well. Some smokes will make your head spin.

This is what I have to be careful with, hehe.

I don't smoke often and get punch drunk sometimes.

been a long time since I toked the other stuff...made me too paranoid. Nic kick from retrohale is much better, especially when I let the smoke slowly drift out the nose.
