Epernay was very good.

I just got a nosotros from BJ. I'll let you know if it be any good.

There is also one I'm forgetting the name. I got from knockmdown and GIBret. It was great. Box press maddy

CG4. I smoke a ton of different cigars. But, if all other cigars in the world disappeared in some sort of Mayan cataclysm, I'd be OK to only smoke CG4's for the remainder of time. Nearly perfect. MK close second. The maddies are great for most, but San Andres wrappers and I just don't see eye-to-eye. Epernay is good, but a little too subtle for me.

MK Ultra is a good powerhouse.

Consider trying the 88 Natural first.

Interesting to note that the Illusione line (original document at least) each vitola has a different blend. Not necessarily the case with other manufacturers.

In order of preference:

mk Ultra

hl Maduro (OR)

888

MJ12

cg4

I haven't tried the MK Ultra. The regular MK tends to go soft (construction) in tge last half and burn hot.

Anyone who can appreciate a nice medium stick the F9 is underrated.

I've heard this often and I've repeated it. But, the more Illusione I smoke, the less I think it is true. There are certainly wrapper proportion differences caused by RG (and to very small degree, by length, boxpress v. round...and foil in the case of MJ12.) There may well be some filler/binder/wrapper proportion differences, but by and large, I have come to believe that the differences in flavors are mostly from the RG - and not so much the blend.

At any rate, I have enjoyed them all, but I much prefer the core line to maddies, candelas, Epernay's, Cruzado's, chuchillos, etc.
