That's not the same formula as Lava, due to lack of a will and testament, the lava formula died along with the unexpected death of it's owner, but tattooworks is darn good stuff in and of it's own right.
Now, something to be aware of is that Tattooworks cans are black. And only black. There are, IIRC, 8 different tattoos for the logo, but the cans are black. The colored background cans on ebay and in some head shops are counterfeit (yeah, I never thought I'd see counterfeit butane, but FMR, it's out there) and are, in a word, shit.
If you were to hold them side by side you'd see how the script is different, the print quality is different, even the "tattoo" on the colored cans is poorly done.
The link you posted is legit product.
The counterfeit stuff, *shrug* who knows what it is, but quality it's not.
One serious problem with the legit Tattooworks butane is that the nozzles on the can suck. They are very soft and will deform and can even split if used on a lighter without one of the included plastic adapters. Once they deform, you're screwed, you'll end up blowing more butane into the atmosphere than you put into the lighter (ask me how I know this...)
Tattooworks is good fuel, no issues there, but, the nozzles and cans are so shitty, that once I use up the stuff I have, I'll be looking for another brand. Seriously.
