I know, I know. Prolly not the right place to ask about these on a discount cigar forum, but figured someone would be able to point me in the right direction.

Anyone know when these were produced? I tried looking it up on the web but came up without much info...

Best I could come up with just one year... 2006?

Anyone?

Special Belicoso (hence the B)

Introduced 1996(c). Discontinued 2007.

Blend for the filler and the specially selected binder leaves San Vicente, give this cigar a distinctive full bodied and spicy flavor. Based on Grand Cru blend with special binder leaves selected for us only in this cigar. Four year aged Dominican tobacco.

Length 5 1/2" Ring Gauge 41

~$288 for a box of 25 review in 2000.

~$386 for a box of 25 in 2006.

On a scale of 5:

Panelist #1 I would buy this and give it a frequent place in the rotation. Every humidor needs smokes that don't make you cry uncle.À SCORE: 3.8

Panelist #2 Simply the best small belicoso I've had in a long time. An excellent after-lunch smoke. Where can I get some of these babies? SCORE: 4.8

Panelist #3 I recommend it. A worthy Dominican, elegant and mild. I wish I could find room in my humidor for a whole box of these babies. SCORE: 4.1

Panelist #4 If I had to have the same cigar every day for the rest of my life, I believe this would be the one I'd choose. Luxurious! SCORE: 4.9

Ya, but if you buy any boxes and they haven't been opened, do yourself a favor and either open them or have BJ open them for you and inspect them. A word to the wise..............

If your talking Millenniums? they are 100 count humidors. and with only 1000 of them ever made seeing 6-8 of them in one place is impressive...
