Okay, so the dreaded two pound bomb from ZRX finally arrived yesterday and it didn’t disappoint! Carnage aside, and once I got past the packaging (shesh dude!) what I found inside was a thing of beauty…here’s the damage:
• EP Carrillo Short Run Vintage…a nice smoke been stocking up on these of late
• Padilla 1932 Robusto (nh, been wanting to try these)
• Camacho Diploma (very regal)
• A Fuente Rosado Grande Serva (never had one but have heard great things)
• Serie D No.4 Partagas – Habana (CC) (have a couple of these resting in my humi I’ve been saving for a special occasion….mmmmmm!
• Por Larranaga – Habana (CC) (haven’t heard much…seem to remember something…will have to do some research…oh well)
Then there is the swag…and ZRX shows he’s both a redneck and has a level of sophistication too…maybe we have more in common than first glance would suggest! Here’s the haul:
• A bar of “The Most Awesome Chocolate EVER!”
• A bar of “Oregon Bacon Bar”…I assume that is an acquired taste…will report back once we’ve taste tested it.
• Pig pop…assume a variation on Bacon bar but again will give report once taste test is complete…
• Dry Morel Mushrooms…now this is one of the interesting pieces of the package…is he trying to kill me or does he know that I love exotic mushrooms? NICE CHOICE!!!
