Yeah I was pretty bummed.. Looks like it would be a common thing in how they are packed.
I'm sure your right David, if there's even the slightest amount of "slop" in the slots the cigars sit in....it's bound to happen in transit. Course I'm sure if they were " wet packed" maybe they'd remain a bit more flexable if you will.....
