First time I recall one being mentioned on this forum.

Oh Ok a Monte. I've had many good CC Montes but almost all NC Montes are very mild and bland to me. Just like Gurkhas though I am sure there are a few good ones.

Not a fan of any of them really.The domesticly available are overpriced airballs and the Cuban's are the most inconsistant Habano currently in production.Don't get me wrong....when you get a Cuban Monte thats on....IT's ON baby.But going through a box maybe 2 out of five......NO FRIGGIN THANKS.

Dig the No 2's and Petit Edmundo's.

I don't know as much about them as I do others. I would say pro and whistlbritches know more about this area. So I would go off their comments if it were me.

I've only had 3. 1 was fake, one I gifted and smoked the one I got from CBD and it was a very good cigar. But my favorite CC so far have been all the hoyo I've had and a 2009 Cohiba from Vrod. I've only had 1 Cohiba cc other then the maduro and if all Cohiba are as good as that one or better then I see what all the hype is about for sure.

Never had a NC Monte or Cohiba.

Not a fan of the nc Monte's. I do enjoy a Monte #2 cc, although I also agree that they seem to be pretty inconsistant in flavor and also quality. The 2010's & 11"s are smoking decent now. 2009's sucked for me.

I agree with what many have said. I've smoke a few Cuban No. 2's, which were very good, but my experience with most of the "domestic" ones has been pretty mediocre. I smoked a classic churchill last week and it was pretty harsh with little to no flavor. I've had a few pleasant surprises with the Montecristo White line, however...but they're overpriced.
