Figured I got a couple of interesting responses and encouragement, I'd share my modest start to it 🇨🇮 the nice thing is, now i can use my 100ct for strictly loose 1s and 2s (which after consolidating is only about 1/2 full now :-" and i've got a separate 20 for the occasional infused set. Cheers!

Very nice,the trays are a great way to fit alot of cigars in a small area,I have 4 and will be ordering more.

Just curious though........ Why in the he11 is that acid box on the bottom in there?

Thanks for the kinds words guys...and I KNEW I'd catch some for that Acid box. I've long since evolved passed my Acid stage. However, I was at a local BM the other day, and asked if they had any empty boxes I could buy cheap, and they gave me the blondie box for free. Figured for that size of a box it would work perfectly in the size cooli I have. It'll comfortably hold 15-20 robustos. Although I admit, I DID PURPOSELY turn the blatant Acid label away before I snapped the pic lol

Nice job on the cooler btw eugald. I have to coolers. One with trays for singles and one for boxes. But alas they are both full.

i'll be able to fit MAX a total of 6 more trays (3 stacked on each other on each level. I plan on getting 4 more and leaving room for a box or 2. Shy of getting a larger cooler, which is inevitable at some point, do you guys have any other recommendations for this size of a set up (52 qt)?
