I've seen this post here b4, but double retail? 🐴 Do these bids have anything to do with the sudden influx of Noobs?

Really, I can't believe the people bidding on these don't know about other on-line cigar retailers or they must be type "A" win at all cost types.

I'm not sure if it is because n00bs or stupidity....probably a combo of both. I'm a n00b not only to cigars but cbid and the Mothership. I wouldn't pay the MSRP for these. I'd like to try one at some point but will wait it out when the prices are more reasonable.

$9 for a 44-ring LP made from leftover trimmings? I'm sure they taste great, but that's twice as much as I'm willing to pay.

Even at MSRP it's over priced over hyped piece of carp unfortunately people drink the Kool Aid and go nutz for anything that has an LP or a U on it So now they just F with you selling you a short fill cigar for $6 to $9 and the fools are buying it

I have no problem with what these folks are spending. The more they spend on short filler scraps, the less money they have to bid against me for real cigars.

Considering my T-52s and LP-9s cost me under $7, and the boxes of $3.30 Undercrowns I have, these would have to be well under $2 each for me to even consider trying one.

I paid 4.40/cigar for them, While they are not a T52 or a 9, they are IMHO better than an Undercrown. I was really diggin the UC's when the Viva's came out and burned through a couple boxes since.

The tater chips ain't bad, can you smoke just one ?

I've noticed most people going crazy for them are smokers with a palate that's not very developed yet. To them they probably could careless if they're short fillers or not they are still trying to figure out what wood taste like... Lol...

Just did a quick check out of curiosity and it will now take a bid of $40 to win a tin of 4 French Fries!

Been wanting to buy some, but I'll just buy them cheaper elsewhere sometime soon. Been ordering a lot of different things lately so don't want to go overboard and piss of the Mrs. back home.

I got an email from the place where I got my all my Liga a couple years ago. They have so many 9s in stock that they're running a 15% off sale for a couple days. That puts Robs under $10, and these guys are paying $10 - $11 for the scraps?

Its just the NEW Liga so many people have to have it yesterday so they will pay whatever price. These arent gonna be a "Unicorn" so they will be here. I just wait till I can find a Tin somewhere for a REASONABLE price.
