No matter how many you're able to pack in whatever cooler size you choose, eventually it won't be enough. If you're thinking of having custom shelves and drawers made for a cooler, just put those dollars towards a big cabinet. Have a 54qt Igloo with shelves that holds 10-boxes + 40ct Humi, and a 150ct on my desk. After a couple years it's not big enough.
