I'm getting Graycliff with the ends of the cellos cut short (they are even with the foot of the cigar). It actually seems as if they are being cut with scissors. Is this normal?

All other brands of cigars I get have the cello folded over.

Should I be contacting CS?

That is the way gracliff does it for some reason.

Has nothing to do with CI.

Yep.

The owner of the brand, Enrico Garzaroli (sp?) feels that it helps the cigars age better while still affording protection to the wrapper leaf.

Would a short cello be considered a violin?

Yeah maybe you're right. I guess a violin would be a short viola, correct?

When the seller pulls the Mark Twains out of the cello, to put the Graycliff bands on, it's hard to get them back in, without cutting the folded part off first.
