When asked if Espinosa was still making things at the García’s My Father S.A. factory, the place where EO Brands was made through its rise in popularity over the last five years, he replied, “no.”
All I know is the two boxes of La Bombas I just got a short time ago had My Father labels / seals on the outside IIRC

Woohoo, old stock! Those ought to be pretty tasty...
Paul, I also received two boxes recently and they had the MF label as well. The ones that are offered on CBID come in 5 pack cello instead of boxes......the Espinosa brand is now being advertised instead of MF.

Why do so many different cigar makers and Pepin end in "divorce"?

You KNOW the reason!
A manufacturer often times cannot dial in a good cigar to save their life. They hire a master blender to whip them into shape. Along the way they believe the hype and forget just who put them on the map.
Pepin is in rarified air though. There are a select few that can capture lightning in a jar more than twice!
the other reason is thast some feel the grass is greenest on the other side of the fence rather than under their feet.........
These cigars used to be my goto cigar, as of recently though they have taken a serious hit... Bummer

What kind of hit? All the 601, 601, 601, La Bomba's, Espinosa Habanos, & La Zonas I have recently gotten and smoked have been fantastic.
Are yours not drawing well? Flavor?
