Judging by the date on the sticker (2012?) it's not the blue cloth band...which would have quite a bit of ageing on it.

From what i understand about the oliva blue bands if it is the cloth band then it is OR if it is a blue paper abnd then it is the next years release which i think is the same blend as the OR.
