We had another snow day here today so we looked to see how the seeds were doing.

We probably had 100% germination of the 40+ seeds that we started only 5 days ago in wet paper towels. We transferred 8 of the seedlings into starting pots. My daughter's really digging this project.

Early start for you. Mine will go right into the ground when the weather allows.

I start most of my plants from seed inside and have a little grow box in my basement that I use to get a head start on the season. I was surprised on how fast these popped and how strong they started out of the gate.

If I run out of room in the grow box before mother nature is ready for outdoor transplanting, I'll have to set up another or make a temporary tent under some shop lights.

I don't think anybody will have a problem getting the NumiCorn going.

yes, that corn is quite virulent, as noted, I can see it getting 10-14 ft tall in the right ground.

It will need to go in the ground/dirt in a few weeks or it will be stunted a bit, unless you keep moving it up in pot sizes each week!
