2nd third. I am not getting any pepper but I sure can feel the strength of the cigar. I started to get a buzz from the strength of it. It seems to be emitting a lot less smoke and had become a little more demanding on keeping it burning. The wrapper seems quite thick and tends to continue to burn long after the draw. There seemed to be a little more pepper coming through.
Just made it to the last third and I had to hang it up. It was a pretty good cigar overall. If I were to take a guess I would say that it is in the $5-10 range. Quite possibly a My Father cigar. I liked the cigar and under other circumstances should have made it through the whole cigar regardless of the strength. I think that trying so hard to concentrate on the cigar itself, I took longer, lighter draws. This meant that I took in the whole strength of it.
Tim, this was a great start. I am looking forward to number 2. It looks like a behemoth.

GURKHA! It was the Gurkha Ghost. While Gurkha's get a lot of crap on the boards, some of the blends at the B&Ms are pretty good. The Ghost is in my top ten rotation. This one MSRPs for about $8. You seem to hit what I like about this blend...it can kick you in the 'nads. Glad you enjoyed!

Very nice review, might have to try one though I generally have sworn off Gurkha

After what I call "The Great Betrayal", I was with you. It was only through a BOTL that I discovered there are a few good blends...usually the ones you can't find on-line. That is why I am concerned about seeing the Seduction show up on-line. Does this signal the demise of another pretty good blend?
Don't be too concerned. There are other smokes out there that Gurkha can't ruin because they don't make em. 😰
