I've got a small desktop with about a dozen cigars in it that were gifted to me by different people since I joined the board...

I opened it today and noticed I have (had) 2 cigars in there that lefty sent me back in March of last year - a padilla miami and a padilla artemis...

never had either before so I decided to spare the miami and light up the artemis...

I'm a little past the halfway mark and it's settled down a bit, but that first half had a lot more strength to it than I was expecting... but i'm not complaining...

thanks again lefty for the fine smokes you sent me about a year ago, and this one in particular... 9:30pm and it's still 66 outside... a good night for smoking and this cigar made it great... thanks lefty...

I'll bet a lot us have some year old smokes we've forgotten about, buried somewhere. Hope that Miami is a good one. I was diggin them then, but due to poor construction, passed on them. The new ones with red and black label and with "8 and 11" seems more consistent.

I think we're about as ready as we can be for something this life changing... it's exciting and scary all at the same time...

Lefty's trunkador must be low if he's finding sticks that where once burried. Recent pics also appeared to display a lot of room and offer an echo.
