I recently ordered 2 boxes of your Private Selection Torano Noventa 6x60 Perfecto. I have smoked approximately 10 cigars with the majority, (around 😎 burning very poorly and the paper unraveling. These are some of the worst cigars I have received from Cigarbid.

Any Other Complaints?

Bad news for me -- I just ordered a box of the torps (I think) to try out. Never had a bad Torano, so I thought I couldn't go wrong. Sounds like I thought wrong.

It's a yard gar. They only cost like a buck a piece.. you get what you pay for.

After they've aged 6mos to a year, I think they actually become decent..

Neither did I, until I fell for the hype on these pieces of crap. I wouldn't be surprised if someone bought license to the label, and Torano doesn't even make them. I thought the naturals where really bad until I tried a Maduro someone (name withheld for their protection) sent me. The maduros are even worse then the naturals. Could only get ½" in, before I tossed it.

ya, this guy is definitely not on the list of acceptable Torano's... given, that list will be different for everyone, but no ones list should contain the Noventa...

The tribute and 50 year are the only two that I've had that are worth anything.. Both are amazing. Outside of that, torano is dirt to me.

Like I said, noventas are decent if they've rested awhile. Not great, but acceptable..

Pretty sure CI bought the brand.

Every one I have had was poor, but ai never had "the paper" come loose on a cigar. Come to think of it I don't recall smoking cigars with bleached pulp wrappers

Thought I remember someone (not CI) bought the brand a couple of years ago, the quality dived and Tornao got ticked off his name was being associated with a crappy product. Then read they were in the process of acquiring the company back. Have not heard anything in a while so not sure of the current status. Woul not waste my time with the Noventa without at least a year of box time.

By the way they sold out to CAO a while back, and CAO recently sold out to you know who.

The Vaults are decent, too, but I like the Exodus '59 50 Years the most of any Torano.

The Vaults give off an unusual, but pleasant, faint scent of Tide laundry detergent.

the 5"x50, 6"x52, and 6.5"x54 are "REAL" Noventa smokes rolled a while back in boxes of 25. They are a good Habano smoke. The 6"x60 Perfecto is scrap rolled recently, by Torano I guess, just to sell here. Same with the new sizes of La Perla Habana Rojo and Morado. All dogs compared to the Rojo/Morado Robusto, Toro and Belicoso, which were hardly average to begin with.

The Noventa Maduro Torpedo was one of the WORST smokes I ever had. Burned horrible with rotten draw and less then average flavor. You can't roll an Anniversary line like the Noventa years ago and all of a sudden come out with new sizes and in bundles to boot. [frypan]

The OR Noventa was an excellent cigar...buttery, rich, and flavorful.

I have no idea what happened/when it happened, but the product changed drastically. I nabbed some when they started to come up in the bid lists...and they came nowhere NEAR the smoking experience of the first 2 boxes I bought back in the day.
