Fantasy Fest is at the end if Oct and will be a madhouse and VERY expensive. The earlier weeks in Oct are better.

Ybor in Tampa, but you've got to travel east to Orlando for the 3 (name withheld because of competitor) huge shops/bars.

Ybor City...do a little research...it is Cigar City.

Parts...PARTS...of Little Havana in Miami...but that doesn't come close to the heritage in Ybor.
