There's a hotel about a block away - close enough to crawl. The owner has a NICE deck off the back of the place for us to smoke.

Tank and I plan on driving up Friday night and staying til Sunday.

I'll be bringing a cake. Tank's birthday will be a couple of days before that. Can't think of a better group to share with.

For those interested, there are several places of interest in Wild Rose. The local gas station (across the street from the hotel) is also a gun shop. Tank goes there every visit to drool.
For the ladies, there is a decent antique shop too. Last time I was there, I purchased a pipe stand with glass humidor (with lid) for $13.

Just over a month to go. We're looking forward to this. If anyone wants to come hang out at the pioneer pub on Saturday, They are more than welcome! I'll be bringing some pecan bars, and we'll have a cake too.

Sounds like a good time, haven't been to Wild Rose since the summer of 74/75, my friends grandma and aunt lived up there. We got stoned with his aunt.
I know I owe you a meet n greet but I can't make it all the way up there.

I spell it as well as I sing it. I'll leave that for the others. I'll just sit back and drink. This is a cool place. We've herfed there a few times. I've even been seen in my nightgown here. Dang, that was a long time ago. And no, no pix were taken. I think most were glad I wasn't there looking for them.

Just sitting here in a quiet house thinking how good it will be to party in Wild Rose. Making my lists and checking it twice. Will need to start my baking soon.
