Just tried this one for the first time and really enjoyed it. Perfect burn, good VSU, great construction and nice tobacco taste. Got this in a sampler about 2 years ago. I've seen comments where some of the RP lines have changed over the last several years and not for the better. How about this one? Is the current Edge Corojo similar to those from a few years back? May need to get a few more.

<-----That's an Edge right there. 2009 I believe. I haven't noticed a huge difference in the 2012's. A little time in the humi should do the trick.

I lost interest in RP's stuff some time ago. I have some Sungrowns from '09 which aren't too bad, and one left of his original Winter Blend, but last year I won some Decades as part of a sampler, and after a year of rest, they are still nasty.

Didn't know they went back as far as 04-05. Thought they came out around the 08 time frame. Can't say anything bad about the quality of this one. Maybe I just got lucky. Anyway, I find that I'm preferring the corojo wrappers lately. Really liked the Perdomo Habano Corojo and the 5 Vegas Cask Strength too.

Yes! I remember that the famous place had a special buy one get one free. You got two boxes of ten each for forty nine bucks. I bought two deals and I was smoking them for a long time!
