And no, I don't mean clockwise or counterclockwise. I have 3 humis, about 100-150 count each. Basically smoke out of one for four months, close it up for the next 8 and move to the next. New smokes go into the most recently closed (and thus emptiest) humi and rest until it gets opened again. Anyone else do something like this, or have a stock rotation system to recommend? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

I keep a small yard gar humi and another 125 count with some better smokes on the dresser. All the rest go into either a tupperdor or coolidor in the meantime. When the 2 humis get low, I stock them back up with random stuff from either the cooler and/or tub. Sometimes I just get an itch for something I know I have in the cooler and just go in there though. 😟

I don't think that you need to put that much thought into it. Put them in the humidor, take them out of the humidor and smoke them. KISS just works. 🌫

I keep my all my humidors on a giant lazy susan, half a turn everytime I walk by.

Got a 250 ct, a 50 ct and a tuppador.

Most of the time I open the 250 first and see what is on the top left tray. Mostly high end Fuente stuff. Then I start lifting the other trays. Next I'll open the tuppador or the 50. Sometimes I open the 50 first.

Regardless I usually scratch my chin and fart a few times while doing so.

Then I pick up a Camacho or a JDN and look at it while twirling it around. Sometimes I'll pick up a La Aurora. Other times perhaps a Perdomo, but rarely a Tat.

If I'm really perplexed, I'll start over.

Eventually I choose something.
