Beings the other 2 are frozen maybe it's time we put out a new PIB Wants. Let try something different. Instead of it being a 5er of Non Elitist or Elitist smokes. Lets keep all the rules mainly the same. However lets combine them into one and lets do a list of 10 elitist sticks and 10 Non elitist sticks and do a 5er. (I'm open with same rules and making this 10er)
Lets make it you have to PIB at least 2 Elitist sticks and 3 Non Elitist sticks on the list as the minimum. If you have 3 Elitist Sticks and 2 Non Elitist sticks that works. The minimum elitist stick to send is 2.
Non Elitist Sticks are all under 10.00MSRP.
Elitist sticks are all over 10.00MSRP.
1.) Only one person may post their wants.
2.) Only one person can post that they have fulfilled the asker’s wants.
3.) You may ask for whatever cigar your heart desires, but remember that the rarer/pricier your choice is, the harder it is to fill.
4.) If your want is not fulfilled in 3 days, post a new, easier to find want.
5.) Be prompt in all emails and shipments.
6.)If you are up, you are welcome to gift your wants post. No one can refuse or pass a gifted turn
7.) If a noob wants to play, thy are welcome to. No one CAN ship out the noobs end until the person the noob picked up has received their wants. If a person does not receive from the noob, no harm since they won’t get anything by trying to be deceitful. If someone is picking up the noobs wants, just say you are doing it and post your wants. If the noob doesn’t ship put their end, you won’t be required to send anyone anything and get free wants. Lengthy way of saying all are welcome to play but noobs who aren't vouched for will have to wait to get their end until their packaged is received.
