A Humi Care XG1000 or Hydra LG comercial active humidification system? The instructions are very vague and they do not explain all features of the units. I have both and want to know what the switch above the corded remote does. Also, there are two DC ins, one on the front of the unit and one on the back. Can you use either for main power or not???? There is very little info to be found on these units (at least I have have a hard time finding it). Thanks in advance for your help!!!

There are two DC ins one on each end and the "DC out" for the additional fans are located on the left side. I just want to make sure I can use the "rear" DC in for my power supply without frying anything. My Tower of Power should be arriving any minute, CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!

Mine only has 1 in and one out. The only thing i could think of is if u run another system piggyback without using another powersource
