Not quite what you're asking but about an hour after dinner, I had some smoked dry salmon while enjoying a Tat PCR and it seemed to work well...but maybe that's just me.

Smoked ribs, hot links, corn on the cob. The required coleslaw, Mac salad, and garlic bread.

Then light up with a little bookers bourbon.

BBQ Chicken with salt potatoes and corn on the cob - It's the season for that up here in NY.

Country fried steak - most down home cooking/BBQ is usually a safe bet.

During the fall, I am sure some German food, and beer, will go good with a cigar on those cool fall nights.

Hawaiian Poi or white rice. Both are palate cleaners, and leave no aftertaste, which means you can enjoy the full flavor of the cigar (providing the cigar you picked HAS a flavor).

Hey Bro, this is a perfect bookend to the other thread.

Barbecue (no hot links, or sauce that has a lot of chili pepper) is an excellent before cigar meal. At lunch time, pastrami or corned beef sandwiches. Breakfast is easy: french toast, bacon and eggs...
