In another thread, I offered Robert a couple of the '07 Morados. He said that he wouldn't take charity, but wanted to know if I'd do a trade. I told him I would be willing to let 5 go.

Today I get his end. Inside was a note that said "I hope this is enough to make us even for the LPH". This is what he thinks 5 OR Morados are worth:

Not yet. Plans are to close down the business at the end of the season (late Fall). Then I have 3 or 4 months of renovation work on the new house, then a couple months getting the Jersey place ready for the market. Hopefully a NC resident by next Spring or Summer, but things don't always go the way I have them planned.
