In an attempt to bring some poker action back to CBID I am proposing the First Ever CBID Heads Up Poker Tournament.

I say we need a minimum of 10 to make this worth while. It is real simple, after all participants have been identified I will randomly draw names out of a hat and place them in a bracket (think NCAA March Maddness) to determine the first round matchups. The 2 participants in each matchup will decide on a day and time that works for both of them to play. In order to move this along each game must take place within 1 week of the start date for that round. The results of each matchup will be posted here and I will update and post a picture of the bracket as we go until we have a champion.

The buy in will be a CBID 10er with 75% going to the Champion and 25% going to the runner up.

The only catch is going to be that 1 of the 2 will need to get instructions on how to host as I believe there are some minor modification needed to your routers to host. If some knows of better/easier poker software please let me know.

I think this could be done on one of the free online poker rooms that pokerstars and some of the others still offer. Just needs to be set up as a private tourney.
