Late last month two great BOTLs bombed me.
Youngra (Rick) from Colorado and Robertsccr5 (Robert) from Northern California. I've been trying to upload the pictures of each but to no avail. Instead, I will try to detail each hit separately. First up, the Rocky Mountain High guy.
Rick sent his payment for a box split of Oliva Serie G Special G Maduros as well as a box of the Hawaii exclusive Jaime Garcia Reserva Especial Lanceros. Although a simple envelope would have sufficed and I know there was a lot of rain and flooding going on at that time but really dude, you had to use a Medium Flat Rate box? I mean, how much protection would a piece of paper need? And you know, I'm a cool guy, I could have waited until Moses parted the flood waters so you could make your way down to the local Walgreens to get some envelopes. Oh well.
So in the MFR Rick sends the check as well as these hitchhikers (...hidden away in an Alec Bradley box...ha-ha, funny guy...):

Speaking for myself, I don't know what's wrong with me. I put something in a box and if there's extra room, well, I just
have to fill it up. I can't just send one item with a lotta packing material. Just ain't right. Unconstitutional. If it fits it ships. So okay, when Rob asked if I could pick up a box of those JG Lanceros, I said sure, no problem. Got the last box at my regular local and worked out the payment details with Mr. Rob.
Started packing up the box and even with a good layer of bubblewrap, still had lotta room. Well, no sense wasting air, so I filled up his box with some Hawaiian sunshine. Hey, the sunshine is free and get plenny of it so it filled the box completely up. Apparently between my house and the Mainland, the fuggin' menehunes turned the sunshine into "stuff." I have no idea 🤥 that happened. I plead the 5th your honor.
So the guy gets the box and apparently there were some most excellent goodies inside. He even posted up a picture. Wow! First time I seen those items. Those menehunes can probably turn water into wine too! But of course Rob thinks it was me that did it so he wants my addy to return fire. I tell him no, I'm good. He threats to use his Special Forces and Mob connections (...are they one and the same?...) to find me. I belly up and give him my whereabouts. He locks and loads. Between youngra and Rob, my life will probably never be the same. I now have a real ash tray (...and an extra...) and more quality smokes than I can shake a Denver Broncos lanyard at. There's also something about a bus driver but I'm not pointing any fingers...yet.
