Ok, so after being sick for 3 days, I decided to go on down to the Vets Hall for some healing action.

I didn't drink any liquor, I just had my usual beer and cigars.

Started out with the AB Prensado. Right off the bat, this was very tasty, but then... it started tunneling! After a couple of minutes I started squishing it just below the tunnel. The whole tunneling section, about an inch or so, just dropped off leaving a hollow wrapper. Weird. So, I just torched that part off and the rest if it was very good!

After that I lit up the DC Maximus. After the Prensado it seemed a little harsh but it also ended up being a very good cigar.

Then I had the Romeo y Julieta RyJ... that was the highlight of the night. It was one of those where I told the people around me... hey.. this is a fine cigar! :-)

It was a slow night at the Vets Hall and people left early, just as the sun was going down. After everybody left, I was sitting there finishing off the RyJ and decided, ok, just one more. I fired up the JdN Fuerte. It was good also, but I should have just stopped after the RyJ.

Anyway, I feel more normal now than I've felt in a few days. I hope it lasts through tomorrow.

Medicinal cigars.....I believe they call them 'blunts' these daze.....

Wow... you don't screw around. If I smoke 3 sticks over a 14 hour day my throat is cooked and head is foggy. You sit down and motor through four in a row right after being sick.

So... next morning. After some caffeine, the stuff of life, I'm up and about. I still have that stuffy feeling, but that may clear up a bit more after a hot shower and after some pot roast at the chow hall for lunch. No breakfast. It's already about 10:40.

Hope you are feeling much better by now. Is that a new line from Romeo y Julieta?

Don't know how new they are, but I just came across them not long ago. I see all vitolas are backordered at CI.

Feeling better. Haven't had a DayQuil or a NyQuil in over 24 hours now. But still not 100% yet.

Juts finished my little dumbbell exercise set... sweatin' it out. No bike ride today. Lots of rain in the area.
